I decided to stay a night at Elmore Hotel. I had no idea that I would have the pleasure of meeting an angel by the name Austin. I've stayed at several hotels throughout the years. This is the first time that I have experienced a genuine, caring, down to earth person checking me in for the day. Austin went above and beyond to make sure that I enjoyed my stay. If you take out time to read this review be prepared to have an experience of a lifetime.

This hotel was a delight to stay at. Room was very comfortable and very clean. The staff was friendly and polite. The front desk was very friendly and hospitable. They always offered us bottled water to take to our rooms when we checked in and returned from our events. Their front desk manager, Sergio would always greet me by name. I couldn't have been more pleased with my stay there. Thank you.

I had an incredible stay at the Elmore Hotel! The executive chef personally prepared a fresh shrimp and grits dish that was absolutely flavorful, comforting, and beautifully plated. The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were genuinely polite and attentive throughout my visit. Their hospitality made me feel right at home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a refined yet welcoming experience!

The interior design really won me over. The decor is great and the art pieces are super interesting. 4/5 for a few reasons: Hair dryer was cracked. It still worked, but the airflow wasn’t great. The pillows were way too high for me, and I’m not sure if they take special requests… if they do, I totally missed that. Also not a big fan of the open/half‑open shower setup. We were told our room had a nice view of Christmas decorations - hmmm nope. It was a parking lot view. Hubby got the Elmore burger and it was fantastic! My steak frites were a little too cooked and bland. The fries and calamari were good too. Overall, it’s still a good place to stay and worth the price.

Rooms were nice and clean and it is located conveniently close to the airport. Only complaint is their lack of food/snacks after the restaurant closes. I got in late and was stuck in Dallas for the night due to the snow and they didn't have any sort of store like most Marriotts do or even an M Lounge. As a Titanium Elite customer, I spend a lot of time and money with Marriott and the only option I had at this hotel was to pay $10 for a jar of nuts that were in my room. Would've only been a minor annoyance, but I didn't have a car and Doordash and Uber were both closed from the ice.

Exceptional experience all around. The rooms were great, and the staff, bartenders, and waiters were outstanding. Claudia and Josh were absolutely amazing and made our stay even better. Highly recommend!

Took a little stay-cation, here for a night. It was a wonderful place to stay! The staff was very helpful, even so much as putting up with my dismay that the maintenance guy wasn’t there to help me plug in my Xbox. Lilliana and Gracie were the two women working the front desk, they handled my little outburst with poise and a solution, which involved not needing the maintenance guy at all! Also, shout out to Austin as well. He was excellent over the phone and handled my pre-booking information gathering, and my post follow up on the room. This hotel is just as good as the Westin or Hilton in the same area, for a far more reasonable price! I will be back.

The renovation of the lobby of this hotel was truly beautiful, and it seemed well maintained, clean, and welcoming. The staff I encountered was polite. I had a few qualms with the room, primarily because I was staying with someone I didn’t know very well. The bathroom had a sliding barn door, and no lock. This didn’t make me feel entirely safe to do my business or shower, and I feel the trend of all the barn doors isn’t really appropriate for a bathroom. In addition, the lights being placed outside the bathroom on 4 switches was so confusing. There was also no bathroom fan, which I feel is quite odd for a hotel, who should definitely be concerned about moisture. The door for the bathroom was challenging to keep open, I would have preferred a pocket door if space constraints were a priority. Beds were comfortable, and this doesn’t matter to me, but I’m not sure there was a microwave. Breakfast was subpar, and not warm despite on warmers, but I have quite low expectations for hotel breakfasts. I would have loved to see some greek yogurt or other high protein options for those of us who don’t care for powdered eggs and feedlot meat.
